Returns
We do not accept returns on used items. Any item unused that you wish to return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping. If the item is damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged item after pictures are provided of the damaged goods. An unused item cannot be returned once more than 30 days has passed. Additionally, an item not reaching its destination on time is not a viable reason for return.
Shipping
Any shipping service purchased to guarantee faster shipment does not guarantee faster fulfillment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be shipped. In most cases the item will ship the same day, however there are sometimes delays in procurement. Buying a faster shipping service also does not guarantee it will arrive by any particular day and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
